Here we show you how you can exercise highly effectively in a short time using the latest methods. “Neuro Reset training”, “Icaros”, “Superfascia”, “Inkobe” or breathing workouts are elementary exercise units to improve posture, sleep quality and metabolism activation. Here you will be coached by Nadine Haas, fitness trainer & systemic coach, and Sven Huckenbeck, certified sports scientist.
Get to know a real innovation! With balance exercises or workouts, a dinosaur hunt or a freeride downhill, you can test and improve your balance and coordination skills with this new, digitally networked type of full-body training. In this get-to-know session, we will introduce you to the equipment at the Fit & Fun Lodge, let you check it out and will definitely make you sweat quickly.

Hello, my name is Nadine. I have been in charge of the sports and fitness area at König Ludwig for 12 years now. As a sports and fitness manager as well as fitness & fascia instructor, I have various further education, including in the area of stress management. In addition, I am a trained systemic coach and can thus perfectly support in the areas of exercise and quality of life.

Jasmin & Kai
Hello, our names are Jasmin and Kai and we are both trained yoga teachers since 12 years. In many further trainings we learned the most different yoga styles. We prefer to teach a mixture of sweaty flows (flowing positions), meditative Hatha Yoga (controlled positions) and relaxing Yin Yoga (controlled positions, without tension). Mixed with a little poetry, audio frequencies and energetic aspects, our classes are multi-faceted. Meditation and deep relaxation, which have wonderful effects on our brain, are an elementary part of our classes.
