Culinary delights are an important part of our well-being.

Here at the König Ludwig we attach high importance to our cuisine. After all, our name commits us to excellence and to processing only the best, because everything we eat becomes a part of us.
We have made it our mission to create uncompromising culinary experiences that perfectly match a SPA stay. From game meats from our own hunt, to fish from local waters, to herbs from the neighbourhood. All ingredients have a deliberately positive effect on our organism – perfectly arranged and staged!

  • Breakfast:
    Even before the regular breakfast times, we offer you the opportunity to start the day powerfully with our “Early Bird” breakfast in our Ludwig SPA. Overnight oats and coffee specialities await you here. The breakfast from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m. offers everything your heart can desire. You can choose from more than 200 products.
  • Lunch:
    In our Lilien Lounge & Bar at the lake, you can enjoy modern, artful and fresh à la carte cuisine from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Of course, cakes, desserts and coffee specialities are not to be missed there either.
  • Dinner:
    Our Chef Simon Schaller and our Restaurant Manager Hans-Peter Kleinhenz together with their teams spoil you daily between 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Every evening, you are served a natural, delightful five-course menu with dishes of choice made from regional and seasonal ingredients. Particularly noteworthy: the game meats cuisine, whose products come from the hotel’s own hunting. All dishes are served exclusively at the table in cosy, spacious seating niches in the resort’s seven rooms of the restaurant. A selection of over 250 wines from the hotel’s own wine shop provides the perfect accompaniment to the evening menu.
