From game from our own hunt, to fish from local waters, to medicinal herbs from the neighbourhood. All ingredients have a deliberately positive effect on our organism – perfectly arranged and staged!

The Ludwigskeller
A lot has happened here and there is a lot of history and personality in this wonderful parlour. Especially in the colder months, the typical Allgäu parlour with its natural wood and open fireplace radiates its full charm. It is the ideal place to take time out for a cosy meal. Every Thursday (October – March) you can enjoy various fondues in a relaxed atmosphere. (without surcharge)

Since time began, people have gone hunting to provide themselves with food. Over the centuries, hunting has become an established cultural part of rural life, especially in the Alpine regions.
Our Wine shop
Over many years, we have developed a great passion for wine. This passion finally led to the opening of a small, fine wine shop, which now offers a home and a stage for more than 250 different wines.
