After arrival, the retreat begins with the greeting of the participants by us and our yoga teachers. Friday and Saturday there will be five consecutive sessions each. On Sunday we offer a morning meditation with a yoga session before a late breakfast. A menu specially adapted to your biorhythm will support your recovery, immune competence and vitality!
The retreat is accompanied by appropriate sauna infusions, walks depending on the weather, casual fireside chats and of course enough time to realize individual booking requests.
